DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Lindsay Smith’s career with Title Alliance began in 2005. During her tenure, she’s held the positions of Project Manager; Assistant Marketing Director and Marketing Director before assuming her current role as Director of Sales and Marketing. Focused on growth of the company, she focuses her efforts daily on assuring that all elements of the company are aligned with the goals and vision set forth.

She’s responsible for overseeing both the Marketing and Sales Departments, focusing at all times on the company’s image and brand. Lindsay works closely with partners during the sales cycle to assure cultural alignment and that the proper expectations are set and executed upon. Lindsay’s team works behind the scenes to assure that each of the Joint Ventures have the tools, systems and supplies necessary for them to develop relationships with their clients and potential clients as they work to increase their market share.

From an employee perspective, she created and executed both the Regional Amplify Meetings and Annual Amplify Leadership Conference. These events focus on goal setting, personal growth opportunities and motivating the teams within the Title Alliance Family. Her vision allowed for the TA Connections Platform to be built to house internal communications and to visualize the goals of the individual companies, regions and parent company. The platform serves to unify the company’s 6 Regions.

With a strong focus on continuous growth, her department has spearheaded annual benchmarking surveys and quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.  Additionally, Lindsay moderates all company focus group sessions measuring the levels of satisfaction and gathering information to problem solve and to work on setting proper expectations for the joint ventured companies.

Lindsay’s motto is that every person—employee, partner and client—should feel like a VIP at all times. Attending to detail and standards of excellence are apparent in all events, meetings and client gatherings .  Lindsay is also responsible for the meeting and event planning for both Title Alliance Ltd and the joint ventures. She is responsible for in person meetings, webinar meetings and telephonic meetings for as few as 10 people and as many as 700. She most enjoys interacting with partners and customers. Lindsay controls and monitors all Public Relation efforts for Title Alliance Ltd and the affiliated companies. Her department also crafts all social media campaigns and actively monitors and grows the Title Alliance (and their affiliates) Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Pages.

Lindsay graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and English Writing, Cum Laude in 2004. She has taken courses in Survey Design, Data Analysis & Statistical Charting in addition to attending seminars on Social Networking. Lindsay also has studied Meeting Planning through various Meeting Planner coursework and programs.
