BILL COTTER founded Title Alliance Ltd. in 1983. Bill started in the title insurance business in 1959, working part-time for the Title Abstract Company of Pennsylvania. He later became executive vice president of Title Abstract Company, and was named president of T.A. Title Insurance Company in 1979.

Bill was the founding president of Pennsylvania Title Agents Association; president of Sales and Marketing Executives of Delaware County-Main Line; president of Pennsylvania Land Title Association; founding board member of Pennsylvania Land Title Institute; vice chairman of American Land Title Association – Underwriter Section Executive Committee; member of the board of Alliance Bank (Lawrence Park, PA); and member of the board of Oliver Heating and Cooling Company. Bill recently served as chairman of the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO®).

PATTI J. DeGENNARO has been with Title Alliance 1985 where she was instrumental in developing our Pittsburgh Office of the Financial Services Division.  In January of 2007, she was promoted to the position of President and CEO of Title Alliance, Ltd. Patti's introduction to this industry was as a Title Researcher and Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Her entire working career has centered on the real estate market and she has been involved in all aspects of the title insurance process.

Patti holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University, along with an undergraduate degree in economics and regional planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Patti has her agent's license in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, Ohio, Delaware, Georgia, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kansas.

Both Patti and Title Alliance are active members of RESPRO. Individually, Patti keeps on top of industry trends through her active participation in PAMB, NAMB and PLTA.

NANCY D. WARNER re-joined Title Alliance, Ltd. as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer in January of 2007. Nancy is responsible for overseeing the operation of all of Title Alliance’s 45 ventures. In May of 2007, Nancy was appointed Compliance Officer, assuring that all of Title Alliance's Ventures are of the utmost compliance to all RESPA Rules and Regulations.

Prior to joining Title Alliance, Nancy was the Director of Operations & Sales for Harvard Abstract, a joint venture between Title Alliance and Arlington Capital Mortgage, which is licensed in 7 states and completes an average of 110 closings per month. She has been in the real estate industry since 1988, including 10 years in mortgage lending industry.

Before joining Harvard Abstract in August 2002, Nancy worked directly for Title Alliance, Ltd. In 1998 she started as the Manager for their Closing Network that operated in 13 states.  Her experience and knowledge led her to fill other capacities within the company such as Sales Manager, District Manager, Assistant Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer where she was responsible for obtaining all licensing and insurances for new Title Alliance joint ventures.  

Nancy has her agent license in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Virginia, Delaware and Colorado.  Currently she is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. 

LILLIAN M. ReDAVID, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Title Alliance in 1984 as an Accounts Payable and General Ledger Clerk.   In the late 1980’s, Ms. ReDavid was promoted to Assistant Secretary and in 1995 was promoted to Accounting Department Manager.  In 2001, she was promoted to Vice President and Controller and became Chief Financial Officer in 2006.  Ms. ReDavid received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, Concentration in Accounting from Neumann College in 1991. Ms. ReDavid received her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Her entire career has centered on Accounting for the title insurance industry.

BILL O'CONNELL started with Title Alliance in June 1999 as a sales associate for T.A. Financial Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Title Alliance. In 2000, Bill was promoted to affiliated business specialist after he formed five RESPA-compliant joint ventures. A winner of the “Gerard M. McTear Salesman of the Year Award,” Bill has set up ventures in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Rhode Island. Bill was promoted to vice president in 2005.

JIM CAMPBELL started with Title Alliance as an affiliated business specialist in 2004. Prior to joining the organization, he was a member of the Board of Directors for the company that managed Title Alliance. Jim specializes in the development and deployment of multi-state operations in the lending and mortgage banking industries. He is an active member of the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO) in Washington, D.C.

LINDSAY BURKE re-joined Title Alliance in December of 2005 as the Project Manager. In May of 2007, Lindsay was given additional responsibilities as the Assistant Marketing Director for Title Alliance. Lindsay’s primary responsibilities include managing the process for setting up new title ventures and also working with the Sales and Operational Teams. Lindsay also works closely with the Joint Venture Managers in capacities including, but not limited to, the marketing of their ventures. Previously, she was a part time employee of an affiliate of Title Alliance from 2000-2002. Lindsay also worked an as Office Manager for a Maryland based Title and escrow operation.

 Lindsay graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and English Writing in 2004.
